This policy covers information collected through the public MenuEspress website and its contact form. Any separate restaurant service agreement may include additional privacy terms.

When you use the contact form, MenuEspress may collect your name, restaurant name, phone number, email address, plan interest, and any message you submit. Please do not include payment-card information or other sensitive information in the contact form.

Information collected automatically

The website and its hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. The site may also request externally hosted font files. The current site does not load a third-party analytics service; analytics-ready events remain within the page unless an analytics service is added later.

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, discuss MenuEspress services, provide requested information, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Service providers

MenuEspress uses service providers to operate the website and process contact-form submissions. The contact form is currently handled by Formspree. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, MenuEspress, or others.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. MenuEspress takes reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing hello@menuespress.com. Whether a request can be fulfilled may depend on applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Children

This business website is not directed to children, and the contact form is intended for restaurant owners, operators, and other business users.
