MenuEspress

Text Message Terms

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms cover the MenuEspress order texts program: order updates to restaurant customers who ask for them, and new-order alerts to restaurant owners. MenuEspress is operated by Lobo Software Solutions LLC.

The program

Restaurants use MenuEspress to take online orders. MenuEspress sends texts from a MenuEspress phone number: order updates about an order you placed (a confirmation and when it will be ready) if you check “Text me updates about this order” at checkout; and new-order alerts to the numbers a restaurant owner enters and agrees to in their MenuEspress dashboard. No marketing is sent under this program. Texts never promote alcohol or tobacco. See how it works.

How often

Order updates: about 1–2 texts per order you place. New-order alerts: one text per online order the restaurant receives.

Consent

You agree by checking the box described above; it is never checked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can order without it and still get an email receipt.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. MenuEspress and the restaurants do not charge for the texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and no more after that. Replying STOP stops all texts from the MenuEspress number. Reply START to rejoin.

Help

Reply HELP to any text, email order@menuespress.com, or call (312) 383-7854.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above changes when they are. Continuing to receive texts after an update means the updated terms apply.
